Hookah Customization Process

Arranging hookah orders properly ensures smooth processing, timely delivery and customer satisfaction, that is very important. If you want to place an order from our Bulkhookah company, please read these instruction carefully.

Step 1. Confirm Customer-Specific Requirements

First, we Bulkhookah have to confirm the customer’s specific needs clearly, including the type of hookah (complete set or individual parts), quantity, preferred materials (such as glass, metal, acrylic or resin) and any customization requirements. Many customers usually add various other hookah accessories to the same order for convenience. In terms of quantity, we offer both wholesale or retail service to meet different needs. For mass production order, we provide a free logo print service for customer. If you need logo printing for small-quantity hookahs, we also offer this service, but a logo cost will be charged.

Step 2: Inventory Check & Shipping Cost Confirmation

Next, We will check our inventory to ensure the requested hookah products are in stock. If any items are out of stock, promptly inform you and provide alternative options or a clear restock time. For OEM&ODM hookah project, additional production time will be required, and we will inform you of the specific timeline in advance.

We will calculate shipping cost for customer from shipping company based on available shipping methods: by air, by sea or by rail. You can make your decision according to your needs, as different shipping methods vary in both cost and delivery time. For customers in USA , we need your zip code to check specific shipping cost. Sea shipping generally delivers to seaport. There will be multiples seaports in your country. If you are unsure which sea port is closest to you, plese tell us your city location, and we will consult our professional shipping partners to check and update you with the most suitable option.

Step 3: Logo Printing Requirements

In additional, if you want to print logo on hookahs to make them more personalized, please ensure that your logo file is a vector graphics-this ensures that the logo woll not be blurred when enlarged. If you only have a logo picture(non-vector), we will charge an additional fee to have our design team to create a new,most similar vector logo for you. Please note that the required logo format should be AI or PDF.

For small quantity orders, we recommend laser printing for your hookahs. For mass production orders, we can provide either silk printing or laser printing, depending on the hookah material.  Our team will confirm the most suitable printing method with your based on the materials you choose.

Step 4: Order Confirmation & Packaging

Then, We will send you a hookah order list with the total cost, including the product price, shipping fees and any additional charges (such as logo design or printing fees). After receiving your confirmation, we will send a detailed quote, and once you make the payment, we will clearly record all order information (order number, customer details, product list and payment status) for easy tracking.

After payment confirmation, we will start production or arrange careful packaging for the in stock hookahs. We use high quality protective materials to avoid damage during transportation-this is particularly essential because many hookahs have glass base, which are fragile. Our packaging process is designed to ensure your hookahs and accessories arrive in perfect condition.

Step 5: Shipping & Delivery Follow-Up

Finally, we will select a reliable shipping service and provide you with the tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery progress at any time. We will follow up on the delivery status until the order is successfully received by you. For express shipping, we cooperate with well-known logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For sea shipment, we can provide pallet packaging for your order-this ensure all goods remain stable, preventing them from falling, being damage, or broken during transit.
